Draw Toast is a workshop that anyone can run to help people understand systems thinking. The core idea is simple: by having people individual sketch out how they make their toast you’ll get varying ideas on how one prepares their toast.
Some sketches can start with buying bread at the store, others may start with getting the toast out of the toaster. The point is that by gathering multiple views on toast preparation the fundamentals of systems thinking can be explored.
Draw Toast is aimed at organizations to streamline their processes and how they conceptualize their networks, but it can be used in other contexts too.
